FFCA Promoted Exhibitor Raffles

To help encourage attendee presence in the exhibit halls and at the booths, the FFCA is offering to promote a raffle at an exhibitor's booth for no additional charge. Exhibitors provide the prize and schedule a time slot for the drawing with the FFCA, and the FFCA will help promote the drawing leading up to and including the event. Participation is optional, exhibitors can still opt to have a non-promoted raffle.

Additional Details

Participating vendors must register by November 15, 2022, and are limited to one slot on each day of the show. Drawings will start on Thursday afternoon at 15-to-20-minute intervals – the exact times will be dependent upon the number of vendors signing up for the promotion and will be assigned after November 15. Exhibitors will rank their preferred times (Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, or Friday afternoon) and the FFCA will make every effort to accommodate the request; slots are first-come, first-served. To assure booth traffic, customers must be present at the drawing to win.

Promotional Activities

FFCA promotional activities will include: 

  1. Promote on the FFCA Facebook, Twitter, and FFCA Connect Community accounts in the months leading up to the event.
  2. Include a listing in the December FFS magazine, including vendor name, item, and scheduled drawing time.
  3. Post a schedule of raffles at strategic places in the Ocean Center.
  4. Post raffle drawing schedule to FRE23 mobile app.
  5. Include a flyer with the list of participating vendors, items, and scheduled times as bag stuffers for attendees.
