2011 FFESF Silent Auction

As we look forward to January, and in preparation for the largest and most comprehensive fire and emergency services trade show and educational event in the southeast, the Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation (FFESF) is preparing for our Silent Auction fundraiser.  It is an event that has proven to be very successful in the past and with your assistance it is our hope that it will continue to grow.  The Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation, sponsor of Fire-Rescue EAST, works diligently with our professional interest sections and fire and emergency services related organizations to bring the best training opportunities and the newest fire and emergency services products together under one roof.  Every year in January at Fire-Rescue EAST, Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation conducts their first bi-annual Silent Auction of the year.

The Auction will begin with the display of all items on line in advance of the conference.  This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your property, product or service, as well as your generous support to the Foundation.  The Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) educational organization, was founded in 1994 by the Florida Fire Chiefs' Association (FFCA).  The purpose of the Foundation is to promote professional development through education, conduct research, create publications, carry out public relations efforts for the profession, and provide immediate financial assistance to families of firefighters in the event of a Line-of-Duty-Death. The Foundation is supported entirely by voluntary contributions of which 100% of the money received goes directly toward funding the projects mentioned above.

Thanks to the support of individuals and private corporations who have contributed to our past silent auctions the Foundation has received over $133,000.00.
